  • (de) Schild geteilt durch grüne Leiste. Oben Silber, unten Blau. Aus der Mitte des blauen Feldes ragt ein grauer Turm mit dreiteiligem Schallfenster und blauem Pyramidendach, dessen Spitzeden oberen Schildrand erreicht.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on June 30, 1967.

The arms show the old 14th century churchtower of the old village Graun. After the dam and reservoir were built, the village was flooded. The tower is the only building which can still be seen in the lake.
