Origin/meaning

The town of Grajewo was granted town rights in the 16th century, but no information about its original arms has been left. Thus, new arms were designed in the 19th century and have been used until now. It presents three trees and a wolf and has no particular meaning except for presenting the 'wild' character of the neighbouring area.

The colours have changed regularly during the years, as can be seen from the images below.
