  • Wapen: In silwer, twee versmalde beurtelings gekanteelde rooi dwarsbalke, en op 'n swart kanton 'n regopstaande goue anker.
  • Helmteken: 'n Swart dubbelkopadelaar met uitgespreide vlerke, goud gebek en geklou met 'n regopstaande goue anker op die bors belaai.
  • Wrong en dekklede: Silwer en rooi.
  • Skildhouers: Twee breekoparende van natuurlike kleur.
  • Spesiale kompartement: 'n Rotsgrond van natuurlike kleur.
  • Wapenspreuk: DIEU NOUS CONDUISE


  • Arms: Argent, two bars embattled counter-embattled Gules; on a canton Sable an anchor erect Or.
  • Crest: A double-headed eagle displayed Sable, armed and charged on the breast with an anchor erect Or.
  • Wreath and mantling: Argent and Gules.
  • Supporters: Two martial eagles proper.
  • Special compartment: A rocky ground proper.

These arms are taken from the arms of the old colonial Drosteny Graaff-Reinet, which were in turn taken from the family arms of the Van de Graaff family, after which the settlement was named.
