Escudo cortado. Primero, sobre campo de gules, una banda desable cargada con la leyenda "MAGNAE DEAE MATRI" de plata, acompañada de la cabeza de un león y de una rueda, ambas de plata. Segundo , de azur, un garlito entre dos peces de plata, sobre ondas de azur y plata. Bordura de oro, cinco ramas de olivo de sinople. Al timbre, Corona Real cerrada.
