Escudo de ouro, monte de três cômoros de verde, o central rematado por uma cruz latina de vermelho e os dos flancos por torres de negro, lavradas, abertas e frestadas de prata; em chefe, três flores de linho de azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ GANDRA - VALENÇA “.
