Escudo de azul, um freixo de ouro, arrancado o mesmo e uma torre de prata, aberta e frestada de vermelho e lavrada a negro; em campanha, duas espigas de trigo de ouro, com os pés passados em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ FREIXO – PONTE DE LIMA “.
