Escudo de vermelho, com freixo arrancado de ouro, folhado do mesmo; em campanha, ponte de prata de um arco, lavrada de negro, movente dos flancos e de campanha diminuta de três faixas ondadas de prata, azul e prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “Freixinho — Sernancelhe”.
