Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted in 1999.
The oak refers to the local forests, in which oaks are the dominant tree. It also refers to the ancient oak in the village itself. The building is the local Fischerkirche from 1630, a monument and landmark. The base symbolises the Schwielowsee lake.
