Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 2003.

The tower symbolises the ruins of the local castle, built by King Charles VII. The bridge is the local bridge, which is situated on an historical main road. As several Kings passed the village on the road, a crown was added to the arms. The cross refers to the Occitanie region in which the village is situated.
