DONJEUX

Département : Moselle

Blason de Donjeux
Official blazon
French De gueules au pal d’or accosté de deux bars adossés d’argent.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The golden pale refers to the main road through the village, a formerly important military road. The two salmon are the arms of the Counts of Salm, barons of Viviers, as the village historically belonged to the Viviers barony.
