În vârful scutului, în partea dreaptă, în câmp albastru, se află o carte deschisă, de aur. În vârful scutului, în partea stângă, în câmp roșu, se află un corn de berbec, de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
