Escudo partido y orlado con una corona de Marqués, tendrá dos cuarteles principales: primer cuartel: Estará formado por los símbolos del apellido Fajardo. Dicho escudo representa en campo de oro res matas de ortiga de sinople de siete hojas cada una, sobre tres peñas en Mar. Segundo cuartel: El campo será de sinople. En el centro habrá un castillo heráldico, a cuyos pies correrá un río. En el pico que forma el Escudo en la parte central de abajo existirá un pequeño cuartel que sobre campo de oro tenga una granada.
