Official blazon

Arms : Vert, on water in base charged with three salmon naiant proper a lymphad Or, the sail quarterly gold and gules a bendlet sable.
Crest : Out of a circlet of steel, flames proper, therin a demi dragon gules holding between the paws a cross fleuretty engrailed sable. Mantled vert, doubled argent.
Motto : Llywyddiant o Ddiwydiant

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on January 30, 1961.
