Blason de Ciadoux

Official blazon

Écartelé: au 1er de gueules plain, au 2e d'azur au lion d'or, au 3e d'or plain, au 4e de gueules à la croix d'or.

Origin/meaning

The arms combine elements of the arms of former lords of the village : the quartered shield of the Gontaut-Biron family (16th century), the lion of the D'Ornezan family (15th century) and the cross from the Benques family (12th century).
