V červeném štítě volně mezi dvěma věžemi se dvěma černými okny nad sebou hradba s prázdnou branou s vytaženou zlatou mříží se železnými hroty přirozené barvy, vše stříbrné, kvádrované, se třemi stínkami. Na obou věžích na zlaté žerdi odvráceně vlající prapory dělené zlato-modro-stříbrně. Mezi věžemi na cimbuří vzpřímený medvěd přirozené barvy s červeným jazykem držící v pravé tlapě zlatý oštěp a levou tlapou přidržující modrý štít se stříbrným ubývajícím půlměsícem.
