Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 17, 2006.
The principal figure of the emblem is a soaring crane, a local bird, symbolizing forward motion. The spread wings stand for confidence, freedom, independence, and warm hospitality. The base symbolises the local rivers, fields and steppes.
The main colors of the coat of arms - blue, green and white are the colors of the State flag of the Republic of Bashkortostan
The chief shows a sun which illuminates and warms all life on earth.
