Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms show the Rhône river. The small crescent was added to the arms in 1926 and formally adopted in 1929. However, in 1958 the crescent was removed officially, but later again added.

The crescent probably refers to the former Café de la Turquie (Turkish cafe) in the village.
