D'argent à la bande d'azur, chargée en chef d'un navire d'argent et en pointe d'un lion du même et accompagnée de deux clefs, celle du chef de gueules et celle de la pointe de sinople et un château d'or à deux portes maçonné de sable brochant sur la bande à la champagne de gueules à trois monts d'or.
