Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on ?
The arms were designed after a local contest, but were hardly used by the municipality.
The red and silver are the colours of Brandenburg. The silver and blue refer to the powerful Havel and the local lakes. The waves refer to the strong winds and waves of the Havel.
