  • (fr) Taillé ondé: au 1er de gueules au brin de bruyère de sinople fleuri de pourpre, au 2e de sable chargé de la Croix de guerre 1939-1945 au naturel; à la cotice ondée en barre d'azur brochant sur la partition; le tout sommé d'un chef d'hermine.

Origin/meaning

The heather branche (bruyère) is a canting element, the wavy bend symbolises the Vilaine and the Seiche as well as a source which feeds several communes. The chef reminds that the town is in Brittany. The decoration is the Croix de guerre 1939-1945.
