The three rings represent the three parts of the municipality; Alt-Bochow, Neu-Bochow and Bochow-Bruch, which are grown together. The ring-design is taken from the architecture of the former Lehnin Abbey, to which the area historically belonged. The flowers also symbolise the horticultural activities in the municipality.
