Origin/meaning
The arms are based on the arms on the tomb of Jehan de Berteaucourt, knight, lord of Berteaucourt-lès-Thennes, first cupbearer of the Duke of Bourbon, master of the waters and forests of the Count of Clermont in Beauvaisis, who died around 1490.
