En campo de sinople un puente romano de dos ojos, estribado, de plata y mazonado de sable, sobre ría ondada de cuatro órdenes de plata sobre azur, cargada de trucha en su color natural. Sobre el puente, un castillo de plata, almenado, con dos torres y homenaje, mazonado de sable. El castillo y el puente están cargados por una cruz de Santiago, de gules. Al timbre, corona real abierta. Cartela con las divisas en letra de sable: «MUY NOBLE E MUY LEAL VILLA DE VEAS».
