Official blazon

Zilā laukā sudraba ševrons, labajā augšējā stūrī zelta lauva.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 2010.

The arms are based on those of the former Bauska (district). The silver chevron refers to the main rivers in the area, the Mūsa and Mēmele rivers. The lion is also a symbol of strength.
