The blue symbolises the Adriatic Sea and the Lake Scutari, the golden pale the villages in the Lake Scutari and Crmnica basins. The e green represents the mountain massif that separates the two.
 
I have no information on the origin of the wolf supporters or the olive tree under the arms.
 
The banner "1042", refers to the year in which the Battle of Bar took place.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 15, 2006.

The blue symbolises the Adriatic Sea and the Lake Scutari, the golden pale the villages in the Lake Scutari and Crmnica basins. The e green represents the mountain massif that separates the two.
