Escudo de verde, ponte de um arco de prata, realçada de negro, movente dos flancos, saínte de um pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras e encimada por uma cruz florenciada e gironada de negro e prata; nos flancos, dois ramos de pinheiro folhados e frutados de ouro, postos em pala. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ASSEICEIRA – RIO MAIOR “.
