Arms (crest) of Arden

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1980.

The arms show a beech tree taken from the historical seal of the Hindsted hundred. The tree also symbolise sthe fact that the large Rold forest is part of the municipality. The fountain represents the Blåkilde, one of Denmark's largest springs.
