Boca ovalada y sin timbrar, de azur cinco coronas reales antiguas de oro en palo adiestradas de espada alta, desnuda de plata encabada de oro y siniestrada de cetro de oro; adiestrada la espada de castillo de oro y el cetro siniestrado de matrona de ropaje azur, que porta en la mano derecha unas ramitas y en la izquierda un cesto que apoya en el cuadril, llevando un tercer brazo derecho pegado al cuerpo, superada de cruceta de los templarios y siniestrada de encina al natural. Los muebles asentados sobre accidentada terraza de sinople. El todo superado de cinta flotante con la leyenda : "Hac itur ad astra" (Desde aquí se llega a las estrellas), sumada a la diestra de una puerta y a la siniestra de nubes moviente del catón siniestro de la cabeza, de las que surge un brazo derecho que empuña una llave dirigida a la diestra. Completa la composición una cenefa de trazo artístico.
