In Silber eine eingebogene erhöhte grüne Spit­ze, belegt mit einem 13fach genagelten goldenen Kreuz, oben vom eine heraldische rote Rose mit goldenem But­zen und grünen Kelchblättern, hinten eine schwarze Pflugschar.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on December 10, 1993.

The cross in the base of the arms is a canting element, it stands for the -kirchen (church) part of the name. The 13 nails symbolise the 13 villages in the municipality.
