D'argent à deux clefs passées en sautoir, l'une de gueules et l'autre d'azur, accompagnées en chef d'une tête de lion de sable, et en pointe d'une croisette pattée du même.

Origin/meaning

The two keys are the symbol of St. Peter, the local patron saint. The lion's head is taken from the arms of the Forbah County, to which the area largely belonged. The cross refers to the Teutonic Order, who also owned part of the municipality in historical times.
