Escudo español: de oro, un castillo de gules aclarado de sable (en realidad, de campo), sobre un monte de verde, acostado de dos estandartes: el situado a la diestra de plata, con la cruz llamada de Santiago de gules y el situado a la siniestra de verde, con una media luna de plata (en realidad, los estandartes están intercambiados). Timbrado con la corona real española.
