The arms were registered on ?


The city was founded in 1529 in a mining area. Probably in that time the arms were granted, which are also seen on the oldest seal from the 16th century: two crossed mining hammers. In the 18th century two supporting lions and the king´s crown were added.

The arms were registered on ?
