Escudo de ouro, roca e fuso de negro, realçados do campo, com estriga e maçaroca de vermelho; em orla, dois ramos de linho com os pés passados em aspa, de verde, botonados do mesmo, floridos de azul, as flores realçadas de ouro com estames de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ ABADE DE VERMOIM “.
