Escudo de ouro, aspa diminuta ondada de azul, carregada de uma flor-de-lis de ouro, acompanhada no chefe e nos flancos de um ramo de oliveira de verde, frutado de negro e postos em pala e, em ponta, de um cacho de uvas de púrpura, folhado de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ ÍNSUA – PENALVA DO CASTELO “.
