В лазоревом поле - вписанная в перевязь комета о пяти лучах и с прямым хвостом, сопровождаемая по сторонам сообращенными короткими березовыми ветвями о трех листах каждая; все фигуры золотые.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on June 7, 2012.

The arms show a heraldic comet, as in 1947 an airfield was built for the Aviation Technical Battalion of the Air Force of the Northern Fleet. The birch leaves symbolise the typical birch forests in the area.
