Official blazon

Geteilt von Gold und Grün; oben ein vierfüßiger, geflügelter roter Lindwurm mit Stachelschwanz, unten ein silberner Querbach.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 27, 1956.

The arms are canting, showing in the upper part a dragon (Lindwurm) and in the base a vavy bar (Bach means stream, brook). The dragon was also used by the local Lords von Wurm.
