Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on October 6, 2010.

The red colour, mitre and sword all refer to St. Léger, who became bishop of Autun in 663 and was killed with a sword.

The small cross in the base is the "Croix de Grandmont", which can be seen on the keystone of the apse of the church of the Monastery of Bronzeaux, created around 1172.

The letters are the initials of the municipality.
