Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on March 30, 1995.
The arms show a bunch of grapes for the importance of viticulture and a wavy bar with a mill wheel for the former importance of the water mills in the Sorne river. The green point refers to the initial of the municipality and the local valley.
