Origin/meaning

The arms were not used by the municipality, but designed after the merger in 2003.

The arms are based on an old seal of the village. The church is the local church, the horseshoe refers to horse breeding, there are more horses as inhabitants in the village. The two horseshoes together for the initial of the village.
