En campo de azur, un castillo de oro, sumadas sus dos torres laterales de sendos estandartes de lo mismo; surmontada la torre de homenaje de un águila de oro atravesado por una espada de plata; y acostado el castillo de dos leones rampantes de oro, coronados de lo mismo. Bordura de plata con letras de sable: La Muy Noble Imperial y Coronada Villa de Madrigal. Timbrado el escudo con corona Imperial.
