Escudo de azul, ovelha passante de prata, realçada e ungulada de negro, entre um sol de ouro, em chefe e um ramo de oliveira de ouro, frutado de negro, em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ SOALHEIRA ”.
