State : Niedersachsen
District (Kreis) :Gifhorn
Samtgemeinde : Samtgemeinde Isenbüttel

Wappen von Wasbüttel/Arms (crest) of Wasbüttel
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on August 10, 1978.

The arms show a roof, which symbolises that all people live under one roof, which in turn symbolises the close community. The water-mill wheel refers to the historical Wasbütteler Mühle, which was important for the local development. The wavy bar symbolises the Mittellandkanal.
