De sinople à la fontaine d'or à la forme d'un lion dragonné accroupi d'or, crachant une gerbe d'eau d'argent chargée en pointe du millésime 1873 d'azur; le tout surmonté d'un chef tiercé en pal au I d'argent à la croix d'azur chargé en pointe du millésime 1792 d'or brochant sur le tout, au II d'or à quatre pals de gueules, au III d'azur au croissant renversé d'argent, accompagné en pointe de trois étoiles de même ordonnées 2 et 1, et en chef de deux vols d'argent renversés et affrontés en chevron, chargé en pointe du millésime 1937 d'or.
