NO 194 SQUADRON, ROYAL AIR FORCE
History: Formed at Lahore in October 1942.
English | A Malayan kris gules with a dragonfly Or, winged argent. Superimposed. Motto: Surrigere colligere |
Origin/meaning
The Squadron was originally equiped with Dragonfly Helicopters. The Kris symbolises operations i Malaya. The Motto translates as ”To arise (and) to pick up”. The Badge was approved in August 1955.
