Official blazon

Escudo de vermelho, com um castelo de prata acompanhado de dois sabugueiros de verde, floridos de prata, tudo sobre um terrado de sua cor cortado por um rio de prata aguado de azul, em chefe duas chaves de ouro em aspa. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres a negro : " VILA DO SABUGAL ".

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 13, 1964.
