German Im roten Schild einen silbernen, schrägrechten Wellenbalken, das Ganze überdeckt von einem silbernen, mit vier grünen Kleeblättern belegten Schräglinksbalken.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 22, 1978.

The arms show the Fulda river and a bend sinister as a canting bridge (Brücke). The four trefoils symbolise the four former municipalities.
