Origin/meaning

The above arms are not officially granted, and are the arms of the family De Tournay d'Assignies d'Oisy. In 1605 the estate of Oisy became a possession of Antoine de Tournay and through marriage to Julien-Eustache d'Assignies, who, in 1678, continued to use the arms of the Tournay family, three demi-lions.
