Das Wappen der Gemeinde Keila ist grün mit silberner Spitze und zeigt einen aus dem unteren Schildrand wachsenden Mann mit roter Kappe und rotem, golden gegürteten Mantel, in der Rechten eine aufgerichtete nach innen gekehrte golden gestielte silberne Rodehacke, in der Linken drei goldene Ähren haltend.
