Escudo de prata, águia bicéfala de negro, segurando nas garras à dextra um componedor e à sinistra uma almofada de tinta tudo de ouro; em chefe, flor-de-lis de azul entre duas fontes heráldicas e, em ponta, uma folha de papel de vermelho, enrolada nas extremidades. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ FREGUESIA DE LEIRIA “.
