Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1918 and show in the upper part the deer antler of Württemberg and in the lower part the arms of Wolvold de Bernhusen. The latter sold the village in 1269 to Württemberg. The fields are, however, opposite to the fields in the arms of the family.
